We were lucky enough to get their best suite for a last minute deal. We were surprised and deligthed over integration of cave to modern suite. We would like to stay longer.

The experience was lovely, and the
Hotel staff. The room was cozy and had a perfect view of the balloons. The underfloor heating was a bit excessive at times was nice.

The hotel was relaxing and clean with absolutely stunning views of the valley. The restaurant was pretty for breakfast and dinner here, I had delicious dishes. The bed was very clean and there were a safe, a mini-refrigerator, and tea/coffee to use. The location was spectacular, if you need to be walking distance to a museum and a main street. Plus it was walking distance to restaurants and bars...
Some of the staff were not very good.

Charming cave decor, made our stay unique.
The jacuzzi leaked, causing water on the bathroom floor.

Even though the new rooms were modern and very well furnished, we preferred to stay in a "cave" room. It was quite an enjoyable experience! Everything was perfect and the view from the terrace : magnificent!

It was neat to stay in a cave. The courtyard was very nice and a charming setting where you can relax. The location was ideal and like staying in a fairy tale.
The areas in the actual room that were in a cave setting (our bathroom) proved to not be ideal. The humidity from the shower and the outdoor environment caused the rocks to shower down on the bathroom floor and all the surfaces in the bathroom --- including the towel and clean clothes you may have brought into the bathroom. But, maybe this is just part of the charm and serves as a reminder why most people choose not to live in caves anymore. The staff tried to sell tours and ground transportation for at least double the going rate at the tour companies in town.

The staff were very helpful organising a tour for us on the morning we arrived and taking us by car to catch up with the tour bus which had already left before we arrived. The rooms were spacious and it was great to have some English TV channels.
The hotel was expensive and we felt the ensuite facilities were in need of updating, particularly the shower and spa bath. We also felt the breakfast was a bit basic and it would have been nice to have a cooked option.
